Lockout Tagout Audit Books

As required by OSHA, Steptron Technologies performs Annual Re-certification Audits.  During the audit, Steptron will:

• Survey all Process/Facilities equipment for missing and or damaged placards or tags
• Survey for correctness and or relocated components
• Observe and report nonconforming LOTO assessment issues
• On-the-spot re-survey (mark-ups) on color drafts for non-compliant placards
• Submit marked-up color drafts of non-compliant placards in binders
• Update equipment data base with dates and findings
• Submit firm bid proposal to remedy any non-conforming placards
• Compile all documentation into an Audit Book as proof the Annual Audit was completed.

Documentation included in an Annual Audit Book includes:

• An Annual Audit Form documenting dates and sign-offs of each Annual Audit
• Equipment status report noting any non-compliance issues and when resolved
