Lockout Tagout Survey

The first step in developing a Lockout Tagout program for your organization is conducting a Snap Shot Survey (Facility Lockout Tagout Survey). This is a 1 to 2 day survey of your facility and includes:

1. Sending one of our experienced Surveyors to your facility to identify and electronically document all process/facility machinery and equipment for Lockout Tagout requirements per OSHA 1910.147.
2. Survey and provide (1) Final placard and tags for one piece of equipment in your facility to illustrate how the program will apply in your facility.
3. Submit a firm bid proposal and timeline to deploy the facility Lockout Tagout program.
