Lockout Tagout Survey
The first step in developing a Lockout Tagout program for your organization is conducting a
Snap Shot Survey (Facility Lockout Tagout Survey). This is a 1 to 2 day survey of
your facility and includes:
- Sending one of our experienced Surveyors to your facility to identify and electronically document all process/facility machinery and equipment for Lockout Tagout requirements per OSHA 1910.147.
- Survey and provide (1) Final placard and tags for one piece of equipment in your facility to illustrate how the program will apply in your facility.
- Submit a firm bid proposal and timeline to deploy the facility Lockout Tagout program.
